PENGARUH MONOMER ASAM METAKRILAT TERHADAP BERBAGAI TEMPLATE PADA MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED SOLID PHASE EXTRACTION

Abstract


Preparasi sampel merupakan tahap yang paling penting dalam analisis suatu bahan. Preparasi sampel yang banyak digunakan yaitu solid phase extraction. Untuk meningkatkan selektivitas dari solid phase extraction, digunakan metode molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction. Keuntungan dari MI-SPE yaitu memiliki ketahanan fisik yang lebih tinggi, lebih mudah, lebih murah untuk disintesis dan masa penyimpanan polimer lebih lama, dan stabil. Komponen dari MI-SPE yaitu monomer fungsional, cross-linker, porogen dan molekul template. Molekul template merupakan kunci untuk sintesis MIP-SPE yang tinggi selektivitas dan afinitasnya. Monomer fungsional yang saat ini banyak digunakan yaitu asam metakrilat. Asam metakrilat merupakan monomer fungsional yang universal serta dapat memperlihatkan reaksi dimerisasi sehingga efek imprinting meningkat. Maka dari itu artikel ini membahas mengenai ekstraksi berbagai senyawa dari suatu sampel menggunakan asam metakrilat. MI-SPE dengan monomer asam metakrilat memiliki % recovery dan Kd yang lebih baik pada template yang menggunakan pelarut kloroform. Hasil % recovery yang paling tinggi yaitu pada template asam triterpen.
