Abstrak

Work Family Conflict (WFC) has been discussed extensively in the literature on work and family relations in the last four decades. The social crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic is believed to have doubled the burden on women. The purpose of the study is the development of various previous studies on how WFC affects Work Stress and Employee Performance, especially for the female workforce. This research approach uses a quantitative paradigm with a survey method. The population in this study were all sales assistants, salespeople, and female shop employees who work at Big Mall Samarinda. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the Lemeshow formula. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the study prove that WFC provides a great stimulus to female workers related to work stress which will ultimately determine employee performance.
