GAMBARAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP PEMANFAATAN POSBINDU LANSIA DI KELURAHAN KARASAK KOTA BANDUNG

ABSTRAK

Dukungan keluarga merupakan suatu proses yang terjadi sepanjang hidup dimana didalamnya terdapat sebuah informasi, saran, bantuan nyata dan sikap yang diberikan oleh keluarga dan orang terdekat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana dukungan keluarga yang diberikan kepada lansia di Kelurahan Karasak Kota Bandung.Desain dari penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitaif dengan metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan persentase. Dari pengumpulan data tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa lebih dari setengah responden (53,2%) memiliki dukungan keluarga yang tidak mendukung, lebih dari setengah responden (58,4%) memiliki dukungan emosional yang tidak mendukung, lebih dari setengah responden (59,7%) memiliki dukungan penghargaan yang mendukung, lebih dari setengah responden (81,8%) memiliki dukungan informasi yang tidak mendukung, lebih dari setengah responden (53,2%) memiliki dukungan instrumental yang mendukung, lebih dari setengah responden (66,2%) memiliki dukungan jaringan yang tidak mendukung.

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi data aktual kepada petugas posbindu untuk memperbaiki dukungan keluarga dalam kegunaannya.

ABSTRACT

Family support is a process that occurs throughout life in which there are an information, advice, real help and attitude provided by the family and the people nearby. This study aimed to describe how the support provided to elderly families in the Karasak village, Bandung.The design of this research is descriptive quantitative method using purposive sampling, technique sample number as many as 77 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire instrument. Data were analized using presentage. Of the data collection showed that almost more then half of the respondents (55.84%) had family support that do not support, almost more then half of the respondents (58.44%) have the emotional support that supports, almost more then half of the respondents (69.94%) have the esteem support that support, almost more then half of the respondents (57.14%) had the informational support that supports, almost more then half of the respondents (53.25%) had instrumental support that does not support, almost more then half of the respondents (55.84%) have a network support that does not support. The study is expected to provide actual data to the officer elderly health care to improve the usefulness of family support.
