Studi Literatur Nanoemulsi Ekstrak Tanaman Sebagai Penyembuh Luka Bakar
Abstrak
Nanoemulsi merupakan sistem penghantaran obat yang berbasis lipid stabil secara termodinamika mempunyai ukuran nanometer. Luka bakar merupakan kerusakan di permukaan kulit tubuh yang diakibatkan oleh paparan eksternal. Tujuan studi literatur ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji sediaan nanoemulsi sebagai penyembuh luka bakar, dengan pembahasan yang komprehensif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah ini metode studi literatur, dengan berbagai sumber Pustaka dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis sediaan nanoemulsi yang berguna untuk penyembuhan luka bakar. Pembuatan nanoemulsi dilakukan dengan metode energi tinggi, Teknik sonikasi menghasilkan gelombang ultrasonik berintensitas tinggi dihasilkan dari probe sonikator Berbagai ekstrak tanaman telah diinkorporasi ke dalam sistem nanoemulsi untuk memanfaatkan potensi terapeutiknya seperti tanaman daun salam, daun mobe, Tamarix aphylla, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, dan kurkumin. Metode sonikasi probe menghasilkan tetesan 50-100 nm, nanoemulsi yang mengandung ekstrak tanaman tersebut terbukti adanya efek aktivitas penyembuhan luka bakar yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dan antiinflamasi. nanokurkumin liposomal, pro nanokurkumin, Tamarix aphylla, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, dan krim nanoemulsi memiliki potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk penyembuhan luka bakar.
