Prof. Huala Adolf, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D.was born in Cimahi on April 23, 1963. He is a professor at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran with the field of competence of International Trade Law. In addition to his main duty at the faculty, he is also a teaching staff at Pasundan University, Maranatha Christian University, Langlang Buana University, and Bandar Lampung University. He publishes many scientific articles, papers, papers, and books related to his field of expertise. Some of his books include "Aspects of States in International Law", "International Commercial Arbitration Law", "International Economic Law: An Introduction", "International Dispute Resolution Law", "Investment Dispute Resolution Mechanism", "Investment Agreements in International Trade Law (WTO)", "International Trade Law", and "Fundamentals of International Contract Law". Some of his scientific articles include "Financial Services Agreement of the GATS: The Developing Countries' Perspective" in the International Trade Law and Regulation in 2000, "Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights and Developing Countries" in the Journal of the Institute of Developing Economies in 2001, "Investment Disputes between Investors Against The Government in ICSID Arbitration" in the Journal of Legal Sciences Vol. 1 No. 3 of 2014, and "Indonesian Trade Law of 2014: The Provision on the Annulment of International Trade Agreement" in the Journal of International Commercial Law and Technology Vol. 10 No. 1 of 2015. He is also one of the arbitrators in the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI). He has been an Internal reviewer in Padjadjaran Jurnal Ilmu Hukum (Journal of Law) since 2014.
