A Social Project To Empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise in Batu Roto Village

Abstrak


Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat penting untuk pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia, tetapi banyak yang menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan modal, kesulitan pemasaran, dan kurangnya akses ke bantuan. Menanggapi hal tersebut, proyek sosial "Pelopor Desa 4.0" diluncurkan di Desa Batu Roto, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, untuk memberdayakan pengusaha UMKM perempuan. Inisiatif ini, kolaborasi antara Grup Onschool Indonesia, Bank Bengkulu, dan pemerintah daerah, mengadopsi pendekatan pemberdayaan yang menekankan partisipasi masyarakat dan berfokus pada kekuatan yang ada daripada defisit. Proyek ini menerapkan siklus aksi dan refleksi untuk mengatasi tantangan dengan kelompok UMKM untuk memahami kebutuhan mereka. metodologi yang digunakan dalam studi kasus kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Pelatihan diberikan dalam pemasaran digital, produksi konten kreatif, dan literasi keuangan, yang mencakup manajemen arus kas dasar dan akuntansi. Selain itu, ia meluncurkan marketplace berbasis web untuk membantu UMKM dalam mempromosikan barangnya, melakukan transaksi yang aman, dan memperluas basis pelanggan mereka. Selain pencapaian nyata seperti mengelola 60 NPWP, 85 NIB, dan 10 sertifikasi halal, inisiatif ini menarik pemilik UMKM perempuan. Proyek ini menunjukkan bagaimana model pemberdayaan berbasis teknologi yang mendorong kolaborasi dapat meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat lokal.
