Since the Nobel Prize in Chemistry was won by computational biologists Martin Karplus, Michael Levitt, and Arieh Warshel in 2013, research in this field has increased dramatically both in the world and especially in Indonesia. We are pleased to announce that Universitas Padjadajran together with the Indonesian Society for Bioinformatics and Biodiversity (MABBI) have launched the first publication in the field of computational biology in Indonesia in the Indonesian Journal of Computational Biology (IJCB). We open wide to all researchers or practitioners who have scientific work or research results in this field to be published in our journal. All articles submitted will be reviewed by a minimum of 2 reviewers who are experienced in their field.
