Perbaikan Budaya Bisnis Pada BUMDES Maju Rahayu Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Rancakalong Kabupaten Sumedang

Abstract

Bumdes or Village-Owned Enterprises is one of the efforts for village development as stated in Article 78 of Law No. 6 of 2014. Village development is supported by community development, with three objectives: improving welfare, developing village facilities and infrastructure, and developing local economic potential. The economic practices of Bumdes Maju Rahayu are considered free assistance from the government, so that community participation is very minimal. This is due to the unpreparedness of the business system of the existing bumdes activities. Programs and actions are needed with the aim of benefiting the community, not only helping to alleviate but also being profitable. Based on this, the objectives of the community development program in the problems to be resolved include improving the Bumdes business pattern, creating effective administration for Bumdes business units, increasing community knowledge about Bumdes business products. The community service program was carried out at BUMDes Maju Rahayu, Sukamaju Village, Rancakalong District, Sumedang Regency. PPM helped disseminate information about the Bumdes Kiosk in the form of Banners and Pamphlets. The sustainability and development of Bumdes Kiosk Members is achieved through a counter-bill cycle, where stalls order staple foods according to the counter-bill value limit. Community Service (PPM) activities provide incentives by providing recommendations for the Bumdes Kiosk Membership System. Bumdes Kiosks must support and assist the community, therefore, activities that highlight Bumdes' commitment to the community are necessary.
