About PJIH
Padjadjaran Jurnal Ilmu Hukum (Journal of Law) (PJIH) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran since 1976 (based on SIT. No. 061/SK/Ditjen PPG/SIT/1976 of April 6th, 1976). PJIH has been accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (Decree No. 158/E/KPT/2021 of December 9, 2021), and is also a member of the Indonesian Law Journal Association (APJHI).

PJIH publishes 1 volume with 3 issues per year, mediating the dissemination of legal knowledge for academicians, researchers, and practitioners worldwide.

Articles in PJIH
The articles published in PJIH undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure high academic quality. Topics include, but are not limited to:
- Philosophy and Theory of Law
- Comparative Law
- Sociology of Law
- International Law
- Constitutional Law
- Economic and Environmental Law
- Criminal Law and Administrative Law
- Cyber Law and Human Rights Law
- Agrarian Law

All submitted papers must be original, unpublished elsewhere, and written in English. Submissions are screened for plagiarism, with a maximum tolerance of 15%.
